    This project involves the welding inspection in the battery production process, the welding part of the injection port after injection. The welding itself is a tough issue in the industry. The welding states are not uniform, and there are many types of defects, including burst welds, missed welds, pinholes, and other defects that require in-depth information; with high acceptance requirements and the need to consider the size of the defect area, which cannot be solved by the existing visual inspection solutions.

 Defect Types:

     Burst welds, solder skips, weld misalignment, faulty soldering, burst points, pinholes, etc.

             Online full inspection, cost savings of 60%          70% increase in production efficiency
