     Sealing screw welding is an essential process to achieve complete isolation between the internal and external environment of the battery. During the sealing screw welding, welding joints, burst welds, solder skips, pinholes, and weld misalignment are prone to occur. Welding defects can cause a significant reduction in the performance of the power battery or even scrap. The introduction of machine vision plays a crucial role in guaranteeing the quality of power batteries.

    Defect types:

      ① Seal screw on screw: positioning, guide laser welding; (capture and positioning of the injection port) 

    ② able to accurately locate the position of the injection port; 

    ③ sealing screw welding quality: able to identify defective products, such as pinholes, burst points, pits, discontinuous welds (length ≥ 1mm is deemed NG);
