However, there are many types of defects in the appearance of prismatic cells, including blue film bubbles, dents and bumps, wrinkles, breakage, and 40 types of other defects; a wide variety of defects, including some defects requiring depth information; high acceptance requirements and the need to consider the size and depth of the defect area, which cannot be solved by the existing visual inspection solutions.

More than 40 types of defects, including blue film bubbles, white spots, bumps and dents, wrinkles, breakage, scratches, overlap width, height, surface foreign objects, warping, blue film fingerprints, fouling, and electrolyte leakage; pole scratches, stains, and welding slag; explosion-proof valve damage, fouling, leakage, PET film scratches, breakage, stains, and electrolyte leakage, etc.
