   To solve the problems, such as different surface textures and various types of automobile brake pads, DSTEK proposes a visual detection solution based on Handdle AI for the overall online detection of the surface defects of brake pads, which improves the rate of finished products and production efficiency and greatly reduces the production cost.

 Defect types:

          Flaccidness, dense sags and crests on the surface, flesh loss, uneven surface, layering, surface cracks, impurities, etc.
