Project description:

   The automobile connector perspective intelligent detection system can effectively identify and make classified statistics for the detected defect types and then create a statistical table for defect types, defect quantity and detection time. Based on Handdle A, DSTEK has upgraded the visual detection solution and introduced deep learning algorithm, improving the detection efficiency and accuracy. At present, the detection solution has been online for more than a year, and the overall effect is satisfactory.

    Wire, scrap, burr, tinmelt, crush, deformation, spot welding deviation, cutting deviation, etc.
